The Lava Monastery is one of the most colourful monasteries in entire North-East India. It is very colourful. The Bells can be rung as many times as possible. The sculptures of Lord Buddha are very ornamental and beautiful. There is beautiful valley in the vicinity which is used by local schools for hosting sports competitions. Children from entire North East India and other parts of India study in that school. There is an impressive Lava Glass Factory. The entire area is fringed with forests. The Guest House of Forest Development Corporation of West Bengal is probably one of the beautiful accommodations that many tourists avail of when they visit Lava. The Guest house has many varieties of flowers which are very well maintained. Travelers should visit Lava to explore nature's assets.
